Marc-Antoine 1981-2005

It's already been five years today since you are gone. I miss you Marc.

Marc-Antoine died in a car accident, he drove off the road. He had been drinking that night and was not wearing his seatbelt. I hate drinking and driving, I hope people have learned from his mistake, I sure have.

We love you Marc-Antoine, you will always be in our hearts.

Easter Sunday fun!!!

We had lots of fun activities on Easter. First we had our own private easter hunt in the backyard, the girls loved finding kinder surprises, skipping ropes, bubbles and more. Then we dyed a few eggs which turned out pretty good.

We were surprised by my sister-in-law and her kids (they live in Philadelphia). We all had easter diner at my place.The girls really enjoyed playing with there cousins and they had a second egg hunt with them.I love family moments.

Our Snow Lady

We didn't get much snow this year so we didn't get to make any snowmans. The snow was almost all melted today but we managed to make a little snow lady. The girls enjoyed hot chocolate while painting afterwards.I have Martha Steward's spaghetti with meatballs on the stove and later we will watch a movie.Sounds like a good evening to me.

Skating on the week-end.

We had a lot of fun at the skating rink this morning. Naomi is really dedicated to learning, she fell maybe 50 times and always got right back up with a big smile. Sade loved skating by mommy's side. Latoya stayed on the bench to read her book and listen to her ipod, are we really surprised?

We stopped at Tim's for hot chocolate on the way home, CHEERS!!!

The girls had a blast on family day, we went to play sports and made cool arts and crafts at the community center. Later on daddy, brought them to a dessert restaurant to buy amazing cheese cake and we all had supper (beef bourguignon) together at home. It was a very pleasant day, I can see Family Day starting to create new traditions. Here are some pictures.
